Use of cookies

We use essential cookies to allow the web page to run smoothly and securely. Cookies are small text files that the website stores on the user's computer. They register IP addresses and provide information about how the individual user moves online. Examples of statistics we capture are how many people visit various pages, how long the visit lasts, which websites the user came from, and which browser is used. None of the cookies enable us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual. You can change the settings in your browser if you do not want cookies to be stored.

Newsletters

As a newsletter subscriber, you receive information about our activities to the e-mail address you have provided when subscribing.

For this newsletter, we use Wix.com’s newsletter service. The contact list is not shared with others, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Registration for courses and events

We organise events where information is collected upon registration. The type of information will vary, and all representatives of our organisation are responsible for (1) only collecting relevant information for the event; (2) store personal data in a responsible manner; (3) ensure that the personal data is not used for purposes other than managing the event and (4) delete all data after the event.

Emails

Feel free to send us emails but please remember that all businesses are vulnerable to data theft. You should therefore not send sensitive information by e-mail. If we receive such an e-mail, we process the e-mail based on its content and delete it.

Contracts and agreements

We handle contracts with employees and sub-contractors according to the rules that apply in the new Personal Protection Act. All personal data is stored electronically in folders that only the relevant employees have access to. Upon termination of employment/engagement, all documents that cannot be relevant for the future (e.g., employment contract/instructions, salary history and termination certificate) are deleted. Applications for vacancies or open applications (incl. CV and certificates) will be deleted if the person is not hired/engaged. If the applicant wishes, the application can be stored for up to three years. Agreements with tenants, sponsors, suppliers etc. are stored electronically and/or physically in locked cabinets.
